Personal Care
We provide exceptional personal care services to help you live a normal and pleasant life. Our carers are available 24 hours a day to help with a variety of personal tasks during your day—whether it’s taking out the trash or helping with bathing.
Personal Care Services include:
- Getting in and out of bed

Home Help Services
Goodheart Plus understands that our clients prefer to remain in their own home as they get older. An important aspect to achieve this goal is to provide care and support to maintain a pleasant home environment. As part of our quality care offering, we can incorporate a wide range of domestic and housekeeping tasks into your Care and Support Plan which will give you the peace of mind that routine household tasks will be completed to your standards.
Personal Care Services include:
- Light domestic duties, including dusting and vacuuming
- Dropping and collecting dry cleaning as well as other errands
- Accompanying you to GP and hospital appointments
- Shopping for groceries and other items that are needed
- Cooking full meals or preparing lighter meals
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
- Changing bed linen and towels
- Sorting out laundry and ironing
- General tyding of your home
- Help with meal planning
- Prescripton collection
